Vegard Stormo: Tinja’s chief cook with certificate as cook. He has previously worked at Cartellet Restaurant in Stavanger, Markens Grøde in Tromsø, Bjørns mat & vinhus in Narvik and  Hurtigruten, Nordstjernen (Svalbard).

Frank Robert Kristoffersen

Sven Erik Knutsen: Has got certificate as cook and several wine courses. He has previously worked at the Grand Royal Hotel in Narvik, Hurtigruten and Diplomat.

Frank Kristoffersen: Has got certificate both as cook and waiter. He has previously worked at Restaurant Victoria in Narvik and Delikatessen.

Bernadette Majerska: Our positive and helpful Polish employee who assists us with cleaning and serving.

Bård Eikeseth: Extra assistant in the kitchen. Hobby cook with great passion for food and fishing. Student at Narvik University college.

Kai Mathisen: Extra assistant in the kitchen. Has got certificate as cook and has previously worked at Restaurant Victoria in Narvik, Delikatessen and Astrupkjelleren.

Kristoffer Waage: Our fantastic cook apprentice who began working at Tinja in August 2010. He will be working together with us for at least two years and hopefully for a longer period of time. Kristoffer was educated as cook at Oscarsborg higher secondary school. Additionally, he is also an active gymnast with good achievements.
