Together with our climbing instructor, Susanne Palm, we offer climbing trips in combination with serving and/or accommodation at Tinja. Lack of experience is no obstacle, since you will get basic instruction and training.

Leirvik – One of the most popular sport climbing areas in Narvik
Try climbing on the outside of the tunnel in Leirvik, right by the fjord. This is a suitable climbing area for beginners with routes for everyone, from grade 4+ up to 7. Can be combined with fishing.
Kjerringveggen in the mountain Haugfjell – A beautiful place by a lake
There is a 20 minutes’ walk to the cliff through easy mountain terrain. The climbing is on granite and is steeper and more difficult than the climbing in Leirvik. The routes are graded from 4 to 8 and are not suitable for beginners. Transport and lunch package prices are available on request.
Maximum 4 participants can catch a ride with the climbing instructor, and it is possible for 6 persons if extra transport is fixed.
