At Tinja Mountain Lodge you can arrange events concerning weddings, confirmations and baptisms. Additionally, you can also arrange other celebrations at our lodge, like a number of others have done. It is also possible to arrange the wedding ceremony at Tinja. Our Light Yard is particularly suitable for this! We have two large rooms and a lavvu that can be used as bridal suite.
Prices:
- The minimum price for a 3-course dinner is 545 NOK per person. Beverage is additional.
- For children, the price is 100 NOK per dinner, including 1 drink
- If multiple dishes are desired, see full price list here.
- For subsequent coffee and cake arrangements/events, the rental of locale and personnel is 1500 NOK.
- If any staff are to participate in extra planning meetings, the price is 250 NOK per commenced half hour.
- Are you bringing your own cakes, the fee is 100 NOK per cake.
- There is also a charge for rental of extra table cloths, decorations etc.
Our conditions concerning these arrangements:
- As customer, you must be aware of the possibility of other social events being arranged simultaneously with your arrangements. In such cases, we’ll shield the parties as much as possible.
- If your event is being arranged at a pre-announced café day, there might be café guests in the restaurant during your visit.
- We will consider any wishes concerning our menu, but ultimately the menu depends on the raw material access and any other visitors. Any allergies and such will of course be taken into consideration.
- Are you bringing your own cake barrel etc., be sure to mark your belongings to avoid any confusions.
- Decoration beyond our standard must be agreed in advance. There might occur some surcharges due to extra cleaning expenses caused by the decoration.
